HWSolved supports McGraw Hill SmartBook 2.0, Canvas LMS, ALEKS, Edgenuity, and Pearson MyLab with dedicated solvers for each, plus Pearson MyLab Mastering, DeltaMath and Top Hat. The new Snap AI feature works universally on any website — Blackboard, Moodle, Google Classroom, PDF viewers, you name it.

Snap AI is a universal screenshot solver built into HWSolved. Press Ctrl+Shift+Z on any webpage, drag a box around any question (including math with symbols that can't be copy-pasted), and get an instant AI answer with step-by-step explanation in a side panel. You can also highlight text for a floating Ask button, or type directly into the panel. It works on any site, not just your supported platforms.

Yes. Purchase a higher-tier key, enter it in the popup — upgrades go live in ~2 seconds, no restart required. Same-tier renewals stack your remaining time instead of resetting it. You can also use our Upgrade Bridge one-time fees (Starter→Pro, Pro→Elite, or Starter→Elite) to unlock the next tier at a reduced cost mid-semester.

First-pass AI accuracy is 75–85% depending on subject and question type. The smart cache captures correct answers after every submission — second run approaches 100%. Elite users with Answer Pool get instant community-sourced answers at zero API cost. Balanced Mode intentionally targets ~94% accuracy so your score pattern stays realistic.

A Semester Pass gives you 4 months of access for a single one-time payment — no weekly or monthly renewals. It's the best value if you know you'll be using HWSolved for a full semester. Available for all three tiers: Starter at $49.99, Pro at $79.99, and Elite at $119.99. Buy it at the start of your semester and forget about it.

Elite users get Tab Focus tools that keep your session active and responsive while you multitask. Solve All can run completely autonomously — start it, switch tabs, get a Discord or Telegram ping when it's done.

After purchase your license key is emailed to you instantly. Download the extension from the FAQ / Download page, install it in Chrome, enter your key in the popup — you're live in under 2 minutes. Full step-by-step instructions are on the download page.

After completing a module, Elite users generate a report in the EXAM tab. Gemini identifies the 10 topics most likely on your midterm, with a likelihood rating and a concise study note for each. Download as .txt for the actual exam.

Yes — 12-hour money-back guarantee. If your key doesn't activate or something is broken, open a support ticket within 12 hours of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you. No questions asked. Refunds are not available after the 12-hour window or once the key has been actively used.

Manage your subscription at api.hwsolved.net/portal — login with your license key. The portal shows your plan, time remaining, payment method and billing history, and lets you cancel in one click. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Each key is tied to a single browser profile (UID). It's designed for personal use on your own machine. If you need to switch devices, contact support via Discord and we can help transfer your key.
